Pay: $28.00 / hour

Your role: Forklift Truck Operator are essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently. We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Forklift Truck Operator to support daily warehouse operations by safely moving, storing, and organizing materials throughout the facility. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and values teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies throughout the warehouse and production areas
  
• Load, unload, and stage materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment
  
• Accurately scan, track, and record inventory movements using RF equipment
  
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling, counting, and documentation
  
• Ensure materials are stored in designated locations and organized according to company standards
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area
  
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other departments
  
• Provide support to shipping, receiving, and production teams as needed

• Ability to accurately scan and track inventory
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong sense of time management and urgency
• Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 6 months of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics preferred
• Forklift Certification required within 90 days of job entry
• Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment preferred
