Pay: Starts at $29.11 based on experience 

12 hours Night Shift

Shift information:

Thermo-6:45pm-7:00am

IM-6:15pm-6:30am 

2-2-3 rotation 

Your Role:

As an Automation Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing all high-speed automation equipment including but not limited to thermoforming, injection molding, and straws.

You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!

• Perform electrical and mechanical PMs to ensure integrity of automation equipment.
• Perform changeovers on equipment to package various products.
• Assist in modifying new and existing plant equipment to improve performance and productivity.
• Work with the engineering group on special projects.
• PLC and drive programming.

We need you to have:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in industrial automation electrical.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Understanding of pneumatic systems.
• Experience troubleshooting PLCs.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, teach, and lead other operational personnel.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Availability to work overtime and flexible shifts.

Icing on the cake:

• Associate's degree in maintenance or a related field.
