Your Role: 

The Warehouse & Manufacturing Clerk is responsible for all administrative tasks pertaining to Manufacturing and the Warehouse. This position will report to the Plant Manager and will assist all other salaried personnel in processing routine administrative documents. The position interfaces with finance, inventory management, warehouse, engineering and plant management. Ultimately, you will be part of a vital team who ensures that our customers are receiving quality products that are delivered accurately and on time. • As a Warehouse & Manufacturing Clerk, you will be responsible for setting up daily priorities including daily warehouse picking schedules as well as customer pick-ups and delivery schedules.
• Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives.
• Perform warehouse clerical tasks such as taking inventory of raw materials for manufacturing and product for shipments to customers.
• Enter transactions into the QuickBooks or SAP inventory operating system.
• Provides administrative support in the development and distribution of warehouse documents.
• Coordinate with customers by receiving orders and inputting manufacturing orders in QuickBooks and providing orders to manufacturing.
• Communicating with customers on lead times for products ordered by customers
• Invoicing customers after completion of product manufacturing
• Coordinating shipment of products for customer
• In locations where applicable, responsible for complying with the SQF and GMP practices and programs to ensure safe food packaging product and to report food safety problems to those with the authority to act.

We need you to have:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of clerical warehouse experience.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office, SAP, & Outlook.
• Basic math skills.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Detail orientation.
• Works independently but enjoys working with a team.
• Can juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both internal and external.
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner with suppliers and customers.
