Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Production Packer located at our facility in Albany, OR.

Your Role:

As a Production Packer, you will be responsible for providing support for the operation team by working safely to feed material into machines, inspecting product for defects and packing finished goods in correct configuration.

• Ensure compliance with GMP’s, Safety, Quality Procedures, and keep Productivity Standards.
• Efficiently maintain the operation of machinery by monitoring codes and dates.
• Make minor adjustments/repairs as necessary using appropriate bench and hand tools.
• Performs quality checks and makes the necessary adjustments.
• Checks controls on equipment relating to vacuums, heat, pressures, timing and water flow.
• Maintain various records such as production reports, data entry and detailed shift reports.
• Check raw materials inventory and informs warehouse of shortages.
• Communicate effectively with oncoming shift lead/operator regarding all pertinent information.
• Perform other related duties as required or directed by the Team Leader.

We need you to have…

• HS Diploma or GED
• Ability to complete basic mathematical calculations. 

Icing on the cake...

• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• 1-2 years of packaging machine operator experience.
• Ability to work independently. 
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. 
• Team oriented. 
• A positive attitude.
