We currently have an opportunity for a Document Control Coordinator (Temporary) located at our facility in Appleton, WI.

 

*This role will start mid april/early may and end early august. Great opportunity for those looking for summer work. 

Responsibilities

The Document Control Coordinator is responsible to maintain the policies, procedures, and forms required to ensure ongoing certification to the BRCGS GFSI standard. This individual will also assist with laboratory product testing, following prescribed test methods.  We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Maintain/update policies, procedures, and forms per Document Change Notices.
  • Review each document annually, revising as necessary, and maintain sufficient revision history.
  • Maintain the Document Control System for all quality policies, procedures, and forms.  Manage the document approval process, generate, track, and file change requests.
  • Perform document control functions for specification change requests.
  • Perform physical laboratory testing, following lab test methods and protocols.  Report accurate data.
  • Assist in other projects as assigned.

Requirements

We need you to have:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills

Icing on the cake:

  • Working knowledge of quality systems and standards
  • Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, BRCGS, etc.).
  • Associate's degree in a related field

Pay Range

USD $21.00 - USD $21.00 /H
