We need you to have:

• HS Diploma or Equivalent
• For "license required roles" you will need a 4 year apprenticeship in the stated trade of electrician or machinist.
• Experience in the role you are applying for unless it state "entry role"

Icing on the cake:

• Previous manufacturing or industrial experience
• Love to work with others and in a team setting
• Comfortable with straight shift or swing shift positions
• Comfortable working overtime as needed
