We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at our manufacturing plant in Red Bluff, CA.

Pay: $24.93-$33.23/Hour-based on experience + shift differential

The Maintenance Technician’s primary job function consists of maintaining, inspecting, diagnosing, and troubleshooting all types of industrial equipment. Actively participates in repair, installation, rebuilding, and upgrading of systems. Possesses knowledge that allows a comprehensive and thorough understanding of process controls.

Job Duties:

• Makes safety the number one priority by driving safety initiatives
• Troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Repairs mechanical failures. Replacing bearings, pulling motors, drives, PLC’s.
• Rebuilds pumps and changes mechanical seals.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Welding experience with mig and arc welding machines.
• Basic experience with Automation and Robotics technologies.

We need you to have:

• HS Diploma or equivalency
• Industrial Certification is a plus
• 3 years of progressive and related experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Intermediate computer skills in MS Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must be safety oriented with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
