Pay: $27.04/hour
Your Role:
Assist the Shift Supervisor with the quarantine / disposition of any defective product as needed.
Audit operators performing various quality related task.
Coach/train operators in all quality related task and SPC as needed.
Review SPC data, identify errors or failure notices and train operators to identify and correct.
Assist Shift Supervisor in identifying quality related training opportunities for operating personnel.
Assist Shift Supervisor with communicating non-poly and raw material defects.
Perform random quality checks on finished product.
Enter QAS data related to the quality systems auditor position.
Audit compliance of customer/certifier requirements.
Assist the Shift Supervisor with quality investigations.

Occasionally the employee will be asked to stoop/squat, kneel/crawl, climb scaffolding, and sit. The ability to have controlled use of both hands and both feet and have balance/coordination intact is required. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, mid-range, and distance vision including color, depth, and fields. Physical demands may also include ability to withstand extreme heat and moderate cold temperatures.
