We currently an opportunity for a Lift Truck Operator Associate to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Concord, NC.

Pay: $20.76/Hour

As a Lift Truck Operator Associate, you will be responsible for moving and transferring materials and finished goods in a high-volume production environment. You will have the opportunity to:

• Focus on safety
• Effectively perform all duties as outlined in the Operations Lift Truck Operator standard work.
• Perform daily inspection of forklifts and other daily assignments.
• Support SAP functions as related to inventory and load management (IE. Pick list, PGI).
• Follow all Critical Safety Rules, Standards of Conduct, and plant and company practices, procedures, policies.

We need you to have:

• High School diploma or equivalent 
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills in English
• Must be detail oriented, strong organizational, math and problem-solving skills
• Prior Forklift experience, stand up and sit-down lifts (Minimum 2-3 yrs)

Icing on the cake:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing facility
• Basic PC knowledge, including SAP, Outlook Office and Microsoft Excel
