Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently an opportunity for a Lift Truck Operator Associate to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Concord, NC.

 

Pay: $20.16/hour

Responsibilities

Your Role:

As a Lift Truck Operator Associate, you will be responsible for moving and transferring materials and finished goods in a high-volume production environment.

 

You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!

  • Focus on safety.
  • Effectively perform all duties as outlined in the Operations Lift Truck Operator standard work.
  • Perform daily inspection of forklifts and other daily assignments.
  • Support SAP functions as related to inventory and load management (IE. Pick list, PGI).
  • Follow all critical safety rules, standards of conduct, plant and company practices, procedures, and policies.

Requirements

We need you to have:

  • High School diploma or equivalent 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational, math, and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior forklift experience, stand up and sit-down lifts (minimum 2-3 yrs).

Icing on the cake:

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing facility.
  • Basic PC knowledge including SAP, Outlook Office, and Microsoft Excel.
