Pay Rate: $34.00/Hour

Responsibilities

As a Multi-Craft Maintenance Mechanic, you will maintain and repair plant structures and equipment that includes sanitary, heating and air, production and maintenance equipment.

Requirements

We need you to have:

  • 5 years industrial experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent military service
  • Experience in machine shop equipment, welding, fabrication, and repair of mobile equipment (especially diesel powered)
  • Good equipment troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment and systems
  • Ability to read drawings and perform layout work, operate forklifts, cranes, and lifts
  • Completed an apprenticeship program
  • Ability to perform physically demanding job activities
  • Ability to pass written and hands-on maintenance test
  • Willingness to work 12 hour rotating shifts, weekends, holidays and overtime

Icing on the cake:

  • Prior experience in the consumer packaged goods industry

*Selection process includes work history review, written and hands on assessment, screening interview, final interview, background check, drug screen and medical fitness for work evaluation.
